I can’t guarantee you’ll get all of them, but most of them yes. Unless they are out and it was first come first serve, the promotion ended, stuff like that. Not usually. Most of the time they ask for your email and then ask whether or not you want to sign up for their newsletter. Just say no. In rare occasions do they make you sign up. I’ve signed up for hundreds of freebies and my email has stayed the same.
